Children’s Church

Children’s Church is offered during the entire morning church service for children ages two through four, and during the sermon for children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.   For the younger kids, this time includes a Bible story, snack, song time, and playtime. For the older children, this time consists of a lesson, activity, and an occasional game time.  

Sunday School

Sunday School is offered for kids ages 2 though 6th grade.   Children are divided up by age group and are taught an age appropriate Bible-based lesson. For information on Sunday School for grades 7th - 12th, see the Youth Group Ministry page.

Awana
Cubbies and Sparks is held on Sunday nights from 5-6 p.m. AWANA is held on Monday nights from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Children’s Choirs

King’s Kids and joyful noiz are choirs that meet in the church’s Fellowship Hall from 6:45 to 8:15 pm on Wednesday night. joyful noiz is for kids in grades kindergarten through 3, while King’s Kids is for children in grades 4 through 6.   They perform at various times throughout the year during services at Berean.

The Route

The Route meets on Thursday nights, starting September 1st, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.   Kids from Kindergarten through 6th grade enjoy a time of games, Bible stories, singing, drama, and other fun activities.   At the end of the night, the children are provided with a balanced meal.   Kids who are faithful in attending have the opportunity to receive a scholarship to a Christian camp.

VBS

Vacation Bible School is a program that meets every night for one week in the summer.   The aim of this program is to teach sound Biblical principles, as well as to provide a fun time for kids.   From song time to game time, drama to snacks, this program offers a wide variety of uplifting activities for children to enjoy.
